SuiteWorld 2026 Sessions: Commerce, AI, and NetSuite Next

SuiteWorld 2026 runs October 25 to 28 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. This year, commerce shows up across the agenda alongside AI and NetSuite Next, so we went through the catalog and pulled out the SuiteWorld 2026 sessions that matter if you sell on NetSuite.

Joaquin Varela (CEO) and Santiago Juan (Head of Sales) are there all week, and the six sessions below are our top picks. Grab a coffee with them here.

Most of our SuiteWorld conversations start with a pricing rule that will not behave, a portal nobody uses, or a migration someone has been putting off. If you are dealing with a SuiteCommerce Advanced upgrade, a Site Builder migration, or a Shopify Plus build that keeps fighting your ERP, book 30 minutes with Joaquin and Santiago.

Six SuiteWorld 2026 sessions we recommend

1. NetSuite Next for Everyday Users: Preparing for New Ways of Working

Monday, October 26, 9:00 to 9:30 AM PDT, Customer Success Live Stage. Madison Mieras Savage and Alexandra Wright, Oracle NetSuite. Session details

What NetSuite Next means for day-to-day work, and how users and teams can build confidence with AI-assisted experiences.

Our take: start the week here. The people who manage orders, customers, and catalogs in NetSuite will feel the change first, and this is the most practical introduction to it.

2. Metadata for AI: Preparing NetSuite for Agents, Ask Oracle, and Advanced Analytics

Monday, October 26, 9:45 to 10:15 AM PDT, Customer Success Live Stage. David Bradford and Bruno Lancellotti, Oracle NetSuite. Session details

How to make NetSuite metadata clean and trustworthy: consistent names, clear record relationships and custom segments, aligned roles and permissions, and saved searches labeled in business terms.

Our take: this is the groundwork behind agentic commerce. When item, customer, and pricing records are named and related clearly, AI can work with them, and so can your storefront and your buyers.

3. Use AI to Accelerate the Migration from SuiteScript v1.0 to v2.1

Monday, October 26, 10:15 to 11:00 AM PDT, Academy 415. Rafael Tucat, Oracle NetSuite. Session details

How AI coding assistants, including SuiteCloud Developer Assistant, can support moving SuiteScript 1.0 customizations to 2.1, with a repeatable approach to conversion, review, and testing.

Our take: if you have a SuiteCommerce Advanced site carrying years of SuiteScript 1.0, this is your session. Legacy scripts are often the quiet reason a “simple” change takes weeks.

4. Connected Commerce with NetSuite AI Connector Service: Improving Omnichannel Inventory Visibility

Monday, October 26, 3:30 to 4:15 PM PDT. Dorothy Santos-McClain and Chris Benner, Oracle NetSuite, with NetSuite customer Tecovas. Session details

How the AI Connector Service surfaces inventory across stores, ecommerce, and marketplaces to support fulfillment decisions and delivery promises.

Our take: beyond the AI, the bigger story is that accurate promise dates are becoming a conversion lever in B2B, not just B2C. If your storefront says “in stock” and your warehouse disagrees, no amount of natural-language querying fixes it.

5. Meet the NetSuite Connectors: Shopify, Salesforce, Outlook, and More

Tuesday, October 27, 2:15 to 2:45 PM PDT, Spotlight Stage. Kolton Lye and Fabrizzio Servetti, Oracle NetSuite. Session details

A walkthrough of the native connectors for Shopify, Salesforce, Slack, Outlook, Loop Returns, and Square.

Our take: connectors are the right call more often than people assume, and the wrong call in very specific places. Multi-currency, negotiated pricing tiers, kit and matrix items, and partial fulfillments are where out-of-the-box mappings start to crack. We wrote up the usual failure points in NetSuite eCommerce integration with Shopify Plus: what actually breaks.

6. Product Roundtable: Optimize Agentic Selling with NetSuite Ecommerce

Tuesday, October 27, 12:30 to 2:00 PM PDT (repeats Wednesday, October 28, 7:45 AM).

Pre-registration required, 8 to 10 seats per table. Martin Roballo and Florencia Meilan, Oracle NetSuite. Session details

This is the commerce session at SuiteWorld 2026. It’s a roundtable, not a presentation: 90 minutes with the product team that owns NetSuite ecommerce.

Our take: agentic selling only works if the data underneath it is trustworthy. Customer-specific catalogs, contract pricing, entitlements, and item attributes have to be clean in NetSuite before an agent can shop on a buyer’s behalf. Bring a real example from your own catalog, because roundtables reward specific questions.

NetSuite Next: The Changes You Need to Know

Tuesday, October 27, 5:00 to 6:00 PM PDT (also Monday, October 26, 3:30 PM, at the same time as session 4).

Madison Mieras Savage and Khiz Ahmed, Oracle NetSuite. A closer look at how search, analysis, and everyday actions change in NetSuite Next. Session details

ERP in the Age of AI Agents: From System of Record to System of Execution

Tuesday, October 27, 3:45 to 4:30 PM PDT. Joe Friedman and Tarini Madan, Oracle NetSuite. It is aimed at finance teams, but the shift applies to order-to-cash too: if agents start placing and adjusting orders, your storefront becomes one of several ways orders enter NetSuite. Session details

Improve Return, Refund, and Exchange Decisions with NetSuite and AI

Wednesday, October 28, 9:00 to 10:00 AM PDT. Nicole Neuefeind and Martin Roballo, Oracle NetSuite. Returns are where a good storefront experience usually falls apart, and this session walks through the standard NetSuite flow from return authorization to refund. Session details
